By accessing or otherwise interacting with our servers, services, websites, mobile app ("App"), or any associated content/postings (together, "MA"), you agree to following terms of use (last updated on January 10, 2023). You acknowledge and agree MA is a private site owned and operated by meet agent, llc. If you are accessing or using MA on behalf of a business, you represent and warrant to MA that you have authority to accept the terms of use on behalf of that business. If you do not agree to the terms of use, you are not authorized to use MA. We may modify the terms of use at any time in our sole discretion. You are responsible for periodically checking for changes and are bound by them if you continue to use MA.
Eligibility; Accounts and Registration. You must be at least 18 years of age to use MA services. By agreeing to these terms of use, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you have not previously been suspended or removed from MA services; and (c) your registration and your use of MA services complies with all applicable laws and regulations. When you register for an account you will be asked to provide us with some information about yourself, such as email address, phone number, or other contact information. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it accurate and up-to-date at all times. When you register, you will be asked to provide a password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you are responsible for all actions taken via your account. You may not share your user account(s) with others. Unless you have entered into a commercial agreement with us permitting you to use the Services for transactions on behalf of another person, you may use the Services only for transactions on your own behalf.
Use of the Services. If you agree to the terms of use and are of sufficient age and capacity to use MA and be bound by the terms of use, or use MA on behalf of a business, thereby binding that business to the terms of use, we grant you a non-exclusive, limited, revocable, personal, non-transferable license to use MA in compliance with the terms of use. You agree not to display, "frame," make derivative works, distribute, license, or sell, content from MA, excluding postings you create. You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, unlimited, worldwide, fully paid/sublicensable license to use, copy, display, distribute, and make derivative works from content you post. Unless licensed by us in a separate written or electronic agreement, you agree not to use or provide software (except our App and general purpose web browsers and email clients) or services that interact or interoperate with MA, e.g. for downloading, uploading, creating/accessing/using an account, posting, flagging, emailing, searching, or mobile use. You agree not to copy/collect MA content via robots, spiders, scripts, scrapers, crawlers, or any automated or manual equivalent (e.g., by hand). Misleading, unsolicited, and/or unlawful postings/communications/accounts are prohibited, as is buying or selling accounts. You agree not to post content that is prohibited by any of MA's policies or rules referenced above ("Prohibited Content"). You agree not to collect MA user information or interfere with MA. You agree we may moderate MA access/use in our sole discretion, e.g., by blocking, filtering, re-categorizing, re-ranking, deleting, delaying, holding, omitting, verifying, or terminating your access/license/account.
Disclaimer. We are under no obligation to edit or control your user materials or the user materials of any other user and will not be in any way responsible or liable for any user materials. We may, however, at any time and without prior notice, screen, remove, edit, or block any user content, including user materials, that in our sole judgment violates these terms of use or we find otherwise objectionable. You understand that when using MA, you may be exposed to user materials of other users and acknowledge that user materials may be inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable. You agree to waive, and do waive, any legal or equitable right or remedy you may have against us with respect to user materials. We expressly disclaim any and all liability in connection with user materials. If notified by a user or content owner that user materials allegedly do not conform with these terms of use, we may investigate the allegation and determine in our sole discretion whether to remove those user materials, which we reserve the right to do at any time and without notice. To the full extent permitted by law, meet agent, Ilc. disclaim any liability or responsibility for acts, omissions, or conduct of you or any party in connection with MA. Meet agent, llc. Is NOT liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or other losses, including lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, etc., arising from or related to MA.
